The LC6-inspired Table is machine-age modernism’s dining masterpiece: a floating plane of glass or solid top carried on the celebrated aerodynamic steel base — the 1920s vision of the table as an engineered object, still ahead of schedule.
Inspired by the iconic original, the design separates its elements with famous clarity: the sculptural oval-section base stands like architecture, the top rests upon it with apparent weightlessness, and the space between reads as deliberately as the parts themselves.
Quality steelwork and a durable top deliver the exacting construction the collection demands.
Surround it with tubular-steel classics like the LC7 for period coherence, or contrast with soft upholstered dining chairs. Engineering, set for dinner.
