The Pedestal-inspired Chair is one of modernism’s defining silhouettes: the sculpted single-stem seat whose flowing shell and trumpet base resolved chair design into one continuous, futuristic gesture.
Inspired by the celebrated 1950s original — created alongside its matching tables to abolish the „slum of legs“ — the chair’s moulded form flows from backrest to base without interruption, a seat cushion softening the sit while the swivelling stem keeps movement graceful.
Quality moulded construction and durable finishing deliver the icon’s clean lines with daily dining resilience.
Circle the pedestal tables with them for the complete legendary ensemble, or use singles as sculptural desk and occasional seating. The chair the space age actually delivered.
